Chest/Bust: Measure around the widest part of your chest/bust, just under your armpit.

Waist: Measure around your waist at the smallest circumference.

Hip: Stand, feet together, and measure around the widest part at the hips.

Sleeve: With elbows bent, measure from the centre (back) of the base of your neck to your elbow, and down to your wrist.

Inseam: take a pair of pants that fit well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
