What is your favourite on-the-go snack?

Clif Bars. I take one on every hike just in case I get hungry. On the go snack after a hike though is definitely Chipotle, if that counts as a snack.

Where is your Hometown?

I like to say I was born in Indonesia, spent my childhood in the Philippines, grew up in Milford, Indiana, and now live in Seattle.

What is your go-to vice to clear your head?

Not sure its much of a vice but when I just want to relax I like sitting on my couch, eating ice cream, and watching a good action movie.
But when I actually want to clear my head, a nice walk in the woods by myself usually does the trick.

What's something on the bucket list that you haven't checked off the list yet?

Set foot on every continent.

What does Human Powered Adventures mean to you?

Human Powered Adventures are real adventures. It means the adventure is more than just pulling up to a scenic lookout and taking some photos. It's working, by your own power, to reach that final destination.

What is your Primary Occupation?

Photographer and social media influencer.

Who Inspires You & 1 Reason Why?

It's going to sound cliche, but right now my biggest inspiration is the Instagram community. There are so many people out there going on amazing adventures to all these cool places. Its so inspiring to see that every day and it pushes me to want to explore more.

One thing you can't leave home without?

My phone. Classic 2016 answer.

Would you rather be too hot or too cold?

Too hot. I'm just not a fan of cold weather. All the more reason to love my Westcomb gear.

Why Westcomb?

Quality. Westcomb products are well made and I like knowing that I can count on my gear when I'm out on an adventure.
I also like the values and mission of the company and how everything is made right there in Vancouver.

What is your go-to piece of Westcomb gear?

My go to piece of gear is my Westcomb Apoc rain shell. The classic red jacket :).

Thanks Michael!
